TOUR TERMS
- All tours start from Bali, and any requests can be discussed with us.
- All tours are conducted using private cars equipped with air conditioning.
- Tour prices are clear, with no hidden fees. The price includes full fuel and an English-speaking driver.
- To book a tour, you can do so online by submitting your tour request on our website. We will respond via email with the requested travel details after receiving your inquiry.
- If you are in Bali, you can also book by phone/WhatsApp by calling us at +6287837451717. We will then pick you up according to our schedule.
- Payment is made by cash upon pickup by our Tour Driver. Payment can be accepted in US$ or Rupiah, or other currencies based on the latest exchange rate. Online payments are accepted only through bank transfer.
- THERE IS NO CANCELLATION FEE. If guests have made an upfront payment and do not show up or cancel the tour, the deposit will be forfeited.

All prices presented for services and products are subject to change, and the prices are not final until full payment for the relevant services and products is received.
